RVO 2 Library

RVO2 Library has just been released. It uses optimal reciprocal collision avoidance (ORCA).
I have had tried to implement ORCA a couple of times before but did not succeed. It'll be interesting to compare my earlier attemps with the sources and give it another go. I did not quite get what they are doing in linearProgram3() with projLines stuff, though.

There is one comment in the examples, which I found particularly charming:
Perturb a little to avoid deadlocks due to perfect symmetry.
